COURSE OVERVIEW: This understanding course offers participants with a strong foundational understanding of the ISO 9001:2015 standard requirements and demonstrates how these requirements impact an organization’s day-to-day activities within any industry.
COURSE OBJECTIVES: Provide participants with adequate understanding and knowledge of the ISO 9001:2015 Standard requirements.
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS: Mozilla Firefox or Chrome are preferred browsers.

COURSE CERTIFICATE. Participants must receive a passing grade of 70%, overall, to receive a Certificate of Successful Completion. For those that have not received a passing grade after several attempts you may contact Elcometer Education at: [email protected] to understand your options.
PAYMENT INFORMATION: This course must be paid for in full to receive an access to the online course. Access to Elcometer Education Institutes LMS will be provided immediately upon receipt and approval of payment.
REFUND INFORMATION: Participants may receive a refund for this course if request is received within 30 days of payment and provided the participant has only completed the Introductory Section 1 of this course.
